A hands-on workshop for artists of all levels and experience from beginner to professional. Experiment different materials: Holbein Watercolor, Gouache, Acrylic Gouache, Watercolor Mediums, and more.
In this 4-week workshop, participants will learn screenprinting via posterization, where continuous tone is split into multiple regions. You'll be introduced to various techniques to create transparency films that will be exposed onto a silkscreen. You'll also learn two different techniques for posterization, one digital with Photoshop and one analog.
Through a meditative and mindful
approach, this workshop focuses on
natural materials like leaves, flowers,
stems etc. to create unique stop motion
animations.
